Roasted sausage and potato !

Good morning everyone !

You won't usually find recipes on my blog but I thought I'd share this one because it's just so delicious and so quick and easy to boot !


John says - I hope you're not going to start taking photos of everything we put in our mouth.
Suzan says - It'll only take a moment - sheesh !
John says - Why don't you paint a dresser or something ?

OK - this is how easy it is
Place chopped potatoes in a bag in the sink ( it really helps contain the mess )


and mix them with whatever herbs and spices you normally use
I used garlic - oregano - basil - salt and pepper - chile peppers and a little steak spice and olive oil


and squish the bag all together until everything is evenly distributed ( I could eat these as a meal with nothing else )


place them in a pan


I used Arrabiatta sausages but any will do


I boiled them first to remove some of the fat................and then cut them into bite sized pieces



Mix them into the roasting pan with the potatoes with a diced onion and  .................


Until it looks like this



and roast for 1 hour on 350.................


Promise you - it's delicious !!!
